What forms of payment does Vemma accept?

For US orders, Vemma accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Bank Drafts and Money Orders for Autoship and order payments. Canadian orders may be paid using credit cards or money orders (in USD). Asian orders (excluding Japan) may be paid using credit cards, money orders, bank deposits, NETS (Singapore only), e-Stock and e-wallet. European orders may be paid using credit cards and bank deposit. Japan orders may be paid using credit cards, money orders (in USD) or bank deposit.

Does Vemma accept checks?

Vemma will accept checks in the form of a Bank Draft for US orders only. It’s easy, safe and secure.

What is Vemma’s return policy?

Vemma offers a 30-day, empty bottle, money-back guarantee on Vemma and Verve nutritional products. If for any reason a Customer is not entirely satisfied with the product, they may return the product for a refund. Customers who purchase product directly through Vemma must contact a Member Services Agent by phone or email.

Rewards Cash is the virtual currency used within the Vemma Rewards program as partial payment towards your purchases of popular items on the site. Rewards Cash has no cash value.

How do I earn Rewards Cash?

It's easy to earn and redeem Rewards Cash. If you are a Vemma Team Member or Customer, you simply earn by enrolling in Autoship. For each month you participate in the Vemma Autoship Program, Rewards Cash will be deposited into your Vemma Rewards account. Team Members and Customers will receive Rewards Cash bonuses of $75 with an Autoship order of a 1-pack (60 QV) or Rewards Cash bonuses of $150 for an Autoship order of a 2-pack or more (120+ QV) each month.

How do I redeem my Rewards Cash?

Redeeming your Rewards Cash is simple. Log in to Vemma Rewards, browse through the items, select the products or services you desire and follow the easy instructions. You will be shown the current retail price as well as the amount of Rewards Cash that you may redeem towards the purchase of your selection. Once the transaction is confirmed, provide your major credit card to cover the remaining unpaid balance after redeeming your Rewards Cash. The amount of Rewards Cash that you have redeemed is then deducted from your account balance.

Does my Rewards Cash ever expire?

Your Rewards Cash has no expiration date. However, if your account is closed for any reason, you will not be eligible to accumulate Rewards Cash and any remaining balance of your earned Rewards Cash in your Vemma Rewards account will be frozen until you reactivate your monthly Autoship order.

When does Rewards Cash show up on my estatement?

Rewards Cash earned will appear on your monthly estatement. You can also view your Rewards Cash amount by logging into Vemma Rewards.

What should I do if I have not received my Rewards Cash?

In order for Rewards Cash to be deposited into your account, it may require two weeks for the Rewards Cash to post to your Vemma Rewards account. If you still haven't received your Rewards Cash after two weeks, please send us a message through the Customer Support Page. How much sugar is in Verve and where does the sugar come from?
